What devices do you support?

iPhones, Android phones, iPads, tablets, Windows and Mac computers, smart TVs, Alexa, Ring doorbells — if it has a screen or connects to the internet, we can help.

How long is a session?

Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, but we never rush. If we need a few extra minutes to make sure you're comfortable, that's perfectly fine.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

Not at all. Most of our clients have never used tech support before. We start from wherever you are and go at your pace. No question is too basic.

How much does it cost?

$49 per session. No subscriptions, no contracts, no hidden fees. Just pay for the help you need, when you need it.

Is this in person or remote?

Both! Remote sessions via phone or video call work great for most issues. We also offer in-home visits for Tampa Bay area residents who prefer in-person help.

Can I get the same concierge every time?

Absolutely. That's how we designed it. Your Tech Concierge remembers you, your devices, and your preferences. No starting over.
