$49 per session. That's it. No subscriptions, no monthly fees, no contracts, no hidden charges. You book a session and pay $49. If you need more help later, you book again.
Each session is 45–60 minutes with your personal Tech Concierge. We'll address your specific issue, teach you how it works (not just fix it for you), and make sure you're comfortable before we wrap up. If we need a few extra minutes, we won't rush you — that's included.
Yes, with no fee if you cancel at least 24 hours before your session. Just call us at (813) 609-1580 or reply to your confirmation email. We understand that life happens — just let us know as early as you can.
After booking online, you'll receive a confirmation with a secure payment link. Payment is processed by Stripe, which is the same secure payment system used by major retailers. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due before or at the start of your session.
Both! For clients in the Tampa Bay area (including St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, and surrounding communities), we offer in-home visits. If you're outside Tampa Bay, or if you prefer not to have someone in your home, remote sessions work great for almost everything. We connect to your device securely by phone or video call.
We'll call you at your scheduled time. For most issues, we can walk you through everything over the phone — step by step, as slow as you need. For more complex issues, we may ask to connect to your screen remotely (with your permission) so we can show you exactly what to tap or click. You'll always be in control.

You can book online and enter your parent's name and contact information, or call us and we'll handle the scheduling together. We're used to coordinating with family members who want to help.
Yes. Telehealth is one of the most common requests we get. We'll help you set up the app, test your camera and microphone, and walk you through your first video appointment so you feel confident. We also help with patient portals like MyChart — logging in, viewing test results, requesting prescription refills, and scheduling appointments.
Yes. We can walk you through checking your bank account online, setting up bill pay, and shopping safely on Amazon or grocery delivery apps. We'll also show you how to recognize scams and stay safe — which is just as important as knowing how to use the sites.
Yes. We work with assisted living communities, independent living facilities, memory care centers, and senior activity centers across Tampa Bay. We do our best to resolve every issue in a single session, and most of the time we succeed. If something requires more time or follow-up, we'll schedule a second session at no extra charge for continuing the same issue. We stand by the quality of our support.
